• Please note: Set-up and breakdown time must be included in your total rental time.

• Cleaning Fee: $0

• Full access to our 1800 sq ft open-concept lounge

• Two 8-person dining tables + couch seating area

• 100" screen with lounge seating

• Kitchen island + refrigerator (perfect for food setup)

• Two clean, modern bathrooms

• Outdoor roll-up door access for open-air vibes

🔹 Additional Services (available upon request):

• Event production support (lighting, decor, photo backdrop, etc.)

• Two high-end racing simulators ($200 per day)

• Extra tables + chairs

• Bar

• Photo booth & backdrop

🔹 Policies:

• $100 cleaning fee required

• Outside food and beverages are welcome (including outside caterers)

• No pets allowed unless certified service animals

• Alcohol is allowed (must comply with local laws)

• No confetti

• Booking fee must be paid in full to reserve your date

🔹 Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before event

• 50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before

• 25% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before

• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of event
