• Time: 11:30am-3:30pm

• Rate: $200/hour (4-hour minimum)

• Additional Hours: $200/hour

• Please note: Set-up and breakdown time must be included in your total rental time.

• Cleaning Fee: $150

• Access to our full 1,800 sq. ft. lounge area

• Two 8-person dining tables

• Couches & seating lounge with a 100" screen TV

• Two racing simulators and casual hangout zone

• Kitchen area with island and refrigerator – ideal for food/drink setup

• Two restrooms

• Two clean, modern bathrooms

🔹 Rental Rates:

Weekend (Friday–Sunday)

• $225 per hour

• 4-hour minimum

• $200 per additional hour

Weekday (Monday–Thursday)

• $200 per hour

• 4-hour minimum

• $150 per additional hour

Set-up and break-down time must be included in your rental period.

🔹 Additional Services (available upon request):

• Event production support (lighting, decor, photo backdrop, etc.)

• Extra tables + chairs

• Bar

• Photobooth backdrop

• Audio/visual setup

🔹 Policies:

• $150 cleaning fee required

• Outside food and beverages are welcome (including outside caterers)

• No pets allowed unless certified service animals

• Alcohol is allowed (must comply with local laws)

• No confetti

• Booking fee must be paid in full to reserve your date

🔹 Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before event

• 50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before

• 25% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before

• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of event
