Set-up and break-down time must be included in your rental period.
Event production support (lighting, decor, photo backdrop, etc.)
Two high-end racing simulators and kick back area
Extra tables + chairs

Audio/visual setup

$150 cleaning fee required
Outside food and beverages are welcome (including outside caterers)
No pets allowed unless certified service animals
Alcohol is allowed (must comply with local laws)
Booking fee must be paid in full to reserve your date
Full refund if canceled 60+ days before event
50% refund if canceled 30–59 days before
25% refund if canceled 14–29 days before
No refund if canceled within 14 days of event
