💵 Rental Rates:
$500/hour (2-hour minimum)
$2,500 full-day rate (up to 8 hours)
Rental time must include all setup and breakdown time.
🕒 Booking Details:
Setup and breakdown must be included within your reserved time window.
Overtime is billed at $250/hour in 30-minute increments.
Cleaning fee: $250 (applied to all rentals).
No cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed. All sales are final.
Additional fees may apply for: after-hours events, security, catering, additional tables/chairs/bar, valet, or A/V needs.
